Kinesiotherapy is an effective rehabilitation method based on muscle and joint movements and mechanotherapy. The kinesiotherapist selects the appropriate physical exercises and other interventions based on the patient's specific condition.

Specialists distinguish between two types of kinesiotherapy:

1. Active - a person himself makes movements (walking, running, breathing exercises, etc.).

2. Passive - a specialist helps the patient to make movements (massage, osteopathy, etc.)
